Have You Played Online Games Lately?

Online Games -- So Fun They’re Addicting

I never thought I’d be advising people to try online games. I used to think they were a huge waste of time and even chastised my husband for spending so much time playing them. Then one day I found myself waiting on the phone for a conference call to begin and I was getting really bored so I visited an online game site. That was the start of a new addiction.

Lingo

The first online game I played was called Lingo. It was the online version of the popular game show. To my surprise, I was beating everyone I played against so I decided to become a “cash player” and deposited $10 into my account. I learned the hard way that no matter how much you make, you’re going to eventually lose it because there’s always someone better than you when it comes to online games, but that didn’t mean that I couldn’t play for fun.

Luxor

I eventually grew bored with Lingo and moved onto an online game called Luxor. I never new matching balls of the same color could be so challenging or addicting. Luxor is the game that showed me why my husband had spent hours of his life playing online games.

So the next time you find yourself on a boring conference call or waiting for something, try playing a few online games. You may be surprised at how much fun you can have.
