Relive Your Youth with a Girls-Only Sleepover

A Sleepover May Be Just What the Doctor Ordered

Hey ladies… Are the stresses of everyday adult life getting to you? Why not take a night this weekend to relive your youth with a girls-only sleepover? After all, wasn’t it fun when you were a kid? Watching your favorite movies, eating tons of ice cream and having a good laugh with close friends… What more could a girl ask for?

The Basics

Okay, if you’re going to have a sleepover, there are some things you’re going to need. It’s probably been quite a while, so you may not remember what makes a sleepover rock. Here are the essentials that you’re going to want to have on hand.

Favorite Flicks

Make sure you have DVDs of your favorite movies on hand. After all, what’s a sleepover without watching some old favorites? From Grease to Sleepless in Seattle, your old favorites are sure to be a blast when you watch them again with your closest friends.

Forget the Diet

A sleepover is not the time to be watching what you eat. From banana splits to death by chocolate, go crazy when it comes to your sleepover diet. Health food is absolutely not allowed! If it’s got sugar and caffeine, consume it.

Remember, a sleepover is a time for fun and for bonding. If you and your friends need some quality time, this is the way to do it.
